Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Orders are shipped through PostNL.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on www.tracktrace.nl or www.internationalparceltracking.com.
Orders will be packed and shipped within one working day.

You have the right to return/exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the goods. (sale items excluded)
If you wish to do so please follow these steps:
- send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return.
- Include your order number and mentioning the product desired to return/exchange.
- We will send you an authorization email
- Send the package back to us.
- Upon our inspection of the item(s) we will send you an exchange or refund.
Note: It’s possible to drop off a return/exchange in store, but always send an return request email to: email@example.com
You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Sale items can be returned within 14 days, only returned for storecredit or an exchange, no refunds.
By submitting your order and approving these terms & conditions, the customer enters a binding agreement.
1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
1.3 That Store Amsterdam reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case we are unable to deliver the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However if is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.

3 Shipping & Returns
3.1 We will be using PostNL as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on the Shipping & Returns page. When we dispatch your order you’ll a receive a tracking code to follow your order process.
3.2 We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
3.3 Undergarments and swimwear are not eligble for returns due to the nature of the product and for hygienic reasons.

should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to that store in order to receive a refund.

4 Delivery status
4.1 As soon as your package(s) is at the sorting centre of our shipping partner you will receive a tracking code to follow your order process.
5 Product quality & defective products
5.1 Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures can differ from their actual colors. That Store cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Feel free to return* the product or get in contact with our customer service by phone of e-mail. email@example.com

5.2 After receiving the product we will look if we approve the claim, when this is the case you will be informed and if available will be sent out a new product, otherwise you will receive a discountcode/refund.
6 That Store return & refund policy
6.1 All sales are final on sale items, we do not do price matching or price adjustments. After receiving your merchandise you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned unused. The refund or return must be requested and received back by us within 14 days after receiving your merchandise. The product shall be returned inside all original packaging, price labels etc. without having been tampered with.
Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. Also please return the package together with a dispatch/tracking number, so we will be able to trace it. The product must be complete with both the original sales receipt. That Store is not responsible for return-shipping costs.
6.2 Return Policy Requirements
When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All the original packaging to accompany the item-including belts, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bags- must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept shoes that are returned without a box, marked soles, in a damaged box or with missing items (such as extra laces, hangtags, dustbags)
6.3 Unauthorised Returns
Any product that is returned to us without an authorization mail will be paying a non-negotiable re-stocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product ordered. In case of returning an item, request a return authorization number at email@example.com
6.4 Am I responsible for the return-shipping costs?
Yes, you will be charged for the return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. This is because of the fact that you are responsible of the package when it gets lost or otherwise not received.
6.5 Is it possible to return or exchange my items at the brick-and-mortar store That Store in Amsterdam.
Yes, it is possible to return or exchange your online bought product at our store. It will there be handled the same way we would with a product that was returned via shipment.
Please note, before dropping your return off at our store, always send an return-request email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
7 How to make an Exchange / Exchange Policy
7.1 If you want to exchange your product please contact us email@example.com.
Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.
8 Discount Codes
8.1 Discount codes will be valid for a period of 3 months and can be used for a full or part payment of your order at Maha Amsterdam. Discount codes aren’t personal and the 3 month period starts from the moment the discount code is obtained or from the date an item has been returned. These discount codes aren’t exchangeable for cash.
* After you use the discount code to purchase something from the webshop it expires. The remaining amount will expire also, so we advise to use the total amount by shopping a little bit more.
9 Use of content / press
9.1 All the content found on the website and webshop of That Store including logos, photographs, and videos belong to That Store or parties we work with.
9.2 In the case you would like to use some of our content that is on our website, like photographs from the webshop, the blog or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us.
